| Event Description |
Unique high school Cross Country Meet bringing together high school runners from Maryland,Virginia, District of Columbia and West Virginia in a state vs state competition. There will be four races on the double loop 5K course. Medals to Top 15 finishers in each race. The POTOMAC CUP will be awarded to the TOP GIRLS team and the TOP BOYS Team. The Top 10 runners in both the invitational girls and boys races determines who is fastest: TEAM VIRGINIA )VA and WV)or MARYLAND (MD and DC). Following the races, all competitors are treated to a barbecue chicken and veggie chili dinner. |
